Well, classes weren't entirely canceled today, which of course means that, while I did not get to go absorb the wisdom of Fred, I did have to get up early anyway and translate another 2.5 pages of Духовка before my conference with Melissa. Dammit. At least I got to take a nap all afternoon.
If I go to Russia, it's pretty much going to have to be with this one program that accepts "Volunteer" teachers. Of course, in a lot of those programs you have to pay to "volunteer", so it may be a dud. I'd really prefer to have some idea of what I'm going to be doing before I go, instead of just going and hoping I can work illegally, though I know that's possible from others who've done it. Really, as long as I get room and board, I'll be happy.
Still wondering about doing an internship, but Russia will still be a better experience, I think. Well, the Fatae will decide, one way or another.
