Dec. 13th, 2004 02:08 pmGood GOD the morning trains to GCT are crowded. It's like a cattle car in there.
Interview went well, though the woman was all, "you will be completely isolated and cut off from everything you know for 27 months!!!" and trying to scare me. Oh, and I had to fill out this special "romantic involvement" form that asked some damn personal questions-- I guess they wanted to make sure I wouldn't freak out and jump ship from depression, but still.
Eh. Let's just say that I'm still really hoping that the CEIP comes through-- it would make everything so much simpler. About 120 people around the country competing for ten spots-- eugh. The OCC lady says my application's very good, though, so hey, live in hope. At least I'm practically assured of a nomination, as only
eunice39 and I turned in applications at SLC.
Got transcripts, turned in timesheet, updated resume, lined up two more van jobs for this week. Just have to get letters from Andy and Julie, and that's the end of my semester extracurriculars. Other than that, the rest of Philip's conference project, Andy's outline, and my worksheets, and the work, she is DONE.
Sweet sugary Jesus, I can't wait to get home.
